Salley Kim

Salley Kim joined Ropes & Gray's finance group in 2018. She represents various private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers and financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Salley worked in the financial services, restructuring and bankruptcy practice of a national law firm where she assisted lenders in a wide variety of commercial lending transactions, including secured syndicated debt financings, acquisition and leveraged financings and asset-based financings.
