Sean Kim is an associate in the private equity group of Ropes & Gray’s corporate department. Sean’s practice focuses on representing clients in a wide range of transactional matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, divestures, co-investments and other investments, and advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with their investments and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray in 2019, Sean was an associate in the New York office of a leading global law firm where he focused on corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Sean also completed a secondment in the New York office of a leading global investment bank.
