Tae Kim joined the asset management group in 2022.
Tae represents fund sponsors and private funds in connection with the formation and structuring of open-end and closed-end funds across various sectors, including technology, private equity, and finance. He also advises them in the regulatory compliance and corporate matters, and assists them in various stages of capital raising.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Tae worked at a boutique law firm specializing in real estate and real estate finance, where he advised numerous private funds, companies, investors, and other investment vehicles.
