Jacob T. Lloyd
Jacob Lloyd joined Ropes & Gray in 2014 as an associate practicing in the firm’s executive compensation and employee benefits practice group. Jake has provided advice on executive compensation and employee benefits issues arising in mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Jake has also worked on plan compliance issues under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and Medicare secondary payer rules. Before joining the firm, Jake clerked at the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
