Joe joined Ropes & Gray's health care practice group in 2021. He provides regulatory, compliance, and transactional advice to a broad range of health care clients, including hospitals and health systems, physician practices and other provider organizations, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, insurers, and investors.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe was a legal fellow with the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials Center of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard University. During law school, Joe served as the Bluebook Editor of the Yale Law Journal and as a student fellow with the Solomon Center for Health Law & Policy. Prior to law school, Joe worked as a program examiner in the Medicare Branch of the Office of Management and Budget.
