Adam Lovell
Associate
Adam Lovell joined the Ropes & Gray corporate department as an associate in 2014. Adam focuses his practice on the asset management industry, representing registered investment companies, their independent directors/trustees, and investment advisers in connection with regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. He has experience with the ongoing representation of mutual funds, including the establishment, registration and operation of fund products.
During law school, Adam served as a managing editor of the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review.
