Amanda's practice focuses on the representation of private investment firms and their portfolio companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and other investments.
Prior to law school, Amanda worked for a U.S. Senator, focusing on issues pertaining to the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Previously, Amanda worked as a supply chain analyst in the public health sector in Monrovia, Liberia and as a corporate strategy analyst for a global advisory services company based in Washington, D.C.
