Angela is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s asset management group. She has extensive experience in advising investment advisors and fund sponsors throughout Asia in formation of private investment funds. She also regularly represents institutional investors (including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and funds of funds) in connection with investments in private investment funds. In addition, Angela has experience in representing fund sponsors in their co-investment transactions, as well as advising on regulatory, compliance and other internal issues. She also has worked with fund sponsors in formation of RMB funds in China, including QDLP funds, QFLP funds and similar investment schemes. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Angela was an associate with a leading PRC firm in Shanghai.
