Caroline Lawrence

Associate

Caroline Lawrence is an associate in the intellectual property transactions group at Ropes & Gray. Her practice focuses on the intellectual property aspects of strategic transactions, including licensing agreements, mergers, and acquisitions. Caroline graduated from Yale Law School, where she was the Editor in Chief of the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law & Ethics and won the faculty prize for the best student note published in the Yale Law Journal. Prior to law school Caroline worked at the intersection of computer programing and neuroscience, developing a novel brain-computer interface for people with disorders of consciousness.
