Daniel H. Lee

Daniel Lee joined Ropes & Gray in 2014 as an associate in the firm’s finance group. He focuses on advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and corporate borrowers in leveraged finance transactions.
During law school, Daniel interned at the United States Securities & Exchange Commission in the Office of International Affairs. Prior to attending law school, he worked in Seoul, Korea as a senior researcher at a financial think tank and as an associate analyst in the equity research department of a global financial institution. Daniel holds a master’s degree in applied economics.
