Jeffrey Lang joined Ropes & Gray in 2018 as an associate in the firm’s finance group. Prior to joining the firm, Jeffrey worked as an associate at a large New York law firm where he represented lenders in a wide variety of commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, acquisition and leveraged financings and asset-based financings.
During law school, Jeffrey served as an articles editor for the New York University Journal of Law and Business. Prior to attending law school, Jeffrey worked at a global software firm focused on the financial services industry.
