Lynda Levenson joined Ropes & Gray’s asset management group in 2021 as a funds attorney. Prior to joining the asset management group, Lynda was an associate in Ropes & Gray’s corporate department advising on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions and emerging company/venture capital transactions. She now focuses primarily on analyzing and negotiating private investment opportunities for institutional clients, including endowments, private foundations and pension plans.

- Represented Roark Capital Group in connection with its acquisition of OrangeTheory Fitness.
- Represented Evolution Media in its acquisition of The Clio Awards.
- Represented General Electric in its acquisition of Solano Labs.
- Represented Apollo Global Management on its investment partnership with Leighton Holdings Ltd.
