Phoebe Lockhart joined Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement practice group in 2022.
Prior to joining the firm, Phoebe clerked for the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. During law school, Phoebe participated in the Consumer Protection Clinic and interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts in the Securities and Financial Fraud Unit. She also served as an executive editor of the Harvard Business Law Review.
