Sara focuses on the formation and on-going representation of private investment funds, including buyout funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and funds of funds. Sara also represents institutional and other investors (including endowments, funds of funds and private foundations) in connection with their investments in alternative assets, including private fund investments, equity and debt investments, separately managed accounts and natural resources investments.
