William (Will) Little is an Associate in Ropes & Gray’s intellectual property transactions practice group, advising life sciences and technology clients across a wide range of strategic transactions, including license agreements, collaborations, clinical and commercial supply agreements, services agreements, data license agreements, ROFR and option agreements, intellectual property assignments, non-disclosure and restrictive covenant agreements, and other commercial agreements.

Will has also represented sports and entertainment industry clients in a variety of arrangements, including coaching contracts, sponsorship agreements, ticket sales arrangements, publishing agreements and advertising inventory agreements.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray in 2018, Will worked as a legal intern for the San Francisco 49ers, served as President of the Stanford Entertainment & Sports Law Association, and was a student-manager of the 2017-18 Stanford Cardinal Men’s Basketball Team. Will also was a student-attorney for Stanford Law School’s Organizations & Transactions Clinic and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Malcolm J. Howard at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
