Antonia Miller is an associate in the litigation and enforcement practice group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, government enforcement actions, regulatory inquiries, and internal investigations. Antonia’s clients have included pharmaceutical companies, hospital systems, major financial institutions, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Antonia is a graduate of the New York University School of Law and Barnard College. During law school, she interned for a district judge in the Southern District of New York and in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. She also served as a notes editor for the New York University Law Review. Prior to law school, she worked as a litigation paralegal at another global law firm.

  • Represents a variety of clients, including leading financial institutions and public companies, in connection with regulatory and governmental inquiries, investigations, and enforcement actions.
  • Advises pharmaceutical companies regarding electronic communications recordkeeping practices. 
  • Part of firm’s task force on issues arising out of SEC’s recent electronic communications matters.
  • Represents public companies and executives in securities class actions.
  • Represents U.S.-based broker dealer of large Latin American investment bank in connection with ongoing FINRA enforcement action related to supervisory requirements and AML policies and procedures.
  • Represented private equity firm in SEC investigation related to a SPAC transaction.
