Christa Millard

Associate

Christa Millard is an associate in the litigation and enforcement practice group.

Christa maintains a robust pro bono practice, providing legal advice to homeless clients at GLIDE’s pro bono legal clinic, partnering with the Innocence Project to assist individuals whose convictions were based upon flawed DNA evidence with post-conviction relief, and representing domestic violence survivors seeking restraining orders and child custody. Christa demonstrated her commitment to domestic violence survivors during law school, as the Student Leader for the Domestic Violence Assistant Project and a Certified Law Student with the Domestic Violence Clinic, where she conducted direct examinations, cross-examinations, and opening arguments in evidentiary restraining order hearings, negotiated with adverse parties, and drafted and filed motions, briefs, and filings.

During law school, Christa was a Top 16 Finalist during the 2019-2020 University of California, Irvine School of Law Moot Court Competition. Christa also served on the 2020-2021 Moot Court Board, as a research fellow for Professor Henry Weinstein, and a teaching assistant to Professor Jane Stoever.
