Madison Martin joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2021.

Madison was the coeditor in chief of the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law, served as a teaching fellow for the “Advanced Contract Drafting in Sports” course, and was the Class of 2021 recipient of the David Westfall Memorial Award. She served on the executive board of the Women’s Law Association (WLA) and was a member of the WLA, the Prison Legal Assistance Project, and the bankruptcy clinic during her time in law school. Madison also interned with the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Boston Globe in their legal departments throughout law school.

Prior to law school, Madison interned with the Pittsburgh Penguins in their community relations department and with DC Law Students in Court (now Rising for Justice), working in their expungement clinic.

  • Assisted Cabot Corp. in the issuance of $450 million of its 5.000% senior notes.
  • Assisted IQVIA Inc. in its $1.25 billion senior notes offering.
  • Advised Rallybio Corporation in its follow-on offering.
  • Assisted Aurora Acquisition Corp. in its $6.9 billion de-SPAC transaction.
  • Represented the underwriters in the follow-on offering of Two Harbors Investment Corp.
  • Ongoing representation of public company clients in connection with securities law and corporate governance matters.
