Andrew McCall joined the asset management group of Ropes & Gray in 2021. Andrew regularly represents investment advisers in connection with various transactional, fundraising, structuring, governance, operations, regulatory, and compliance matters. He has experience in assisting private fund sponsors in relation to credit funds, buyout funds, hedge funds, infrastructure funds and venture funds as well as co-investment vehicles. He also has experience in both sponsor-side and investor-side contractual negotiations drafting governing fund documents and side letters.

Andrew is also an active member of the firm’s cryptocurrency working group, regularly representing asset management clients in their negotiations of custody and trading agreements with crypto-custodians.

During law school, Andrew was a staff editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business. He also interned at the in-house legal department of an integrated merchant bank and private equity firm.
