Armando Marin III joined Ropes & Gray's corporate department in 2021. Armando’s work includes assisting technology, media, and health care clients with intellectual property issues related to M&A and licensing transactions. Armando also assists the team in providing regulatory advice and preparing SEC filings for clients in a wide array of industries.
