Christina MacKinnon

Christina MacKinnon is a member of the firm’s alternative asset opportunities practice in New York. She assists the team on a broad range of transactions including the representation of fund sponsors and institutional investors, such as sovereign investors, pension funds, secondary buyers and other large investors, in connection with various transactions, including secondaries, co-investments, recapitalizations, joint ventures and direct investments. She also routinely assists private fund sponsors with both open- and closed-end fund formation, fundraising and ongoing compliance, governance and operational matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Christina worked at a leading Canadian law firm representing international and domestic fund sponsors and institutional investors.
