Corinne is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s life sciences and intellectual property transaction groups. Corinne’s practice focuses on representing public and private companies in a broad range of strategic transactions, including merger and acquisitions, licensing agreements, complex collaborations, and clinical and commercial supply agreements. In addition, Corinne regularly advises clients on corporate governance and other general corporate matters. Corinne has experience representing pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.

- Represented HP Inc. in its acquisition of Poly Inc., an audio and video devices maker, in a transaction implying a total enterprise value of $3.3 billion
- Represented the underwriters in the $181.5 million initial public offering of Entrada Therapeutics, Inc., a biotechnology company aiming to transform the lives of patients by aiming to become the world’s foremost intracellular therapeutics company.
