Cormac McGrady joined the private equity transactions group of Ropes & Gray's London office as an associate in 2022. Cormac works on a wide range of domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions for private equity and corporate clients including acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, disposals, minority investments and take-private transactions.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray Cormac practiced in the London office of another prominent US law firm.

  • Advising Catalent, Inc. on its acquisition of the business and assets of the Vaccine Manufacturing and Innovation Centre UK*
