David McKay is a retired partner. He served a term as an assistant Head of the Corporate Department.

Experience

  • Lending - represented lenders in many transactions, including multi-bank syndicated credits and subordinated debt. Experienced in UCC matters and Islamic compliant financings (Shariah).
  • Leveraged Buy-Outs - represented many of the firm's Private Equity clients in leveraged acquisitions helping to raise the senior secured and high yield bond portions of the financing.
  • Leasing - represented lessors and lessees in connection with single investor and leveraged lease financings of aircraft and many other kinds of equipment.
  • Sports - represented a group of Boston area businessmen in their participation in the winning bid for the Red Sox Baseball Team. Represented the Red Sox in connection with their acquisition financing.
