Elizabeth Madsen (Plaster) joined Ropes & Gray in 2017 as an associate in the corporate department and a member of the firm’s asset management group. Elizabeth focuses her practice on representing registered investment companies, including mutual funds, ETFs and closed-end funds, their independent directors and investment advisers regarding regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. She has counseled clients concerning the creation, registration, reorganization and operation of retail and institutional investment products.
