Jay Milkes is partner in the tax practice and the private investment funds group of Ropes & Gray. Jay’s practice focuses on various tax, regulatory and commercial issues in connection with the formation and operation of both domestic and foreign private equity investment funds. He also provides tax planning for corporations, partnerships and joint ventures in connection with mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings and executive compensation matters.
