John Maynard, formerly of Reboul, MacMurray, Hewitt & Maynard, joined Ropes & Gray in May, 2003, prior to his retirement on December 31, 2003.
Over the course of his career, he handled a wide variety of corporate and corporate finance matters for United States and foreign clients, and later concentrated his practice on transactional work for the firm's private equity and corporate clients.
