Jonathan Magaziner joined the corporate department of Ropes & Gray in 2018.
Prior to law school, Jonathan worked in project finance and M&A for an energy investment group owned by a leading global financial institution. In addition, as part of the Clinton Climate Initiative, Jonathan advised foreign governments on renewable energy policy.
During law school, Jonathan interned at a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, conducted independent research for a private equity firm investing in middle market health care and technology companies, and co-founded the Harvard Election Law and Voting Rights Clinic. Jonathan continues to emphasize voting rights and electoral reform in his pro bono work.
