Marjorie A. Mygrants joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 and is an associate in the corporate and private equity group. Marjorie focuses her practice primarily on transactional matters, representing private equity firms and strategic investors in transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Marjorie has experience advising public and private companies, private equity firms and strategic investors on a range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions in both the public and private contexts, internal reorganizations and general corporate governance.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Marjorie was a corporate M&A associate in the New York office of another leading global law firm.
