Michelle Mlacker is a transactional asset management lawyer in the firm's alternative asset opportunities practice. She represents institutional investors and asset managers in a range of transaction types, including GP-led recapitalizations, secondaries, co-investments, and direct investments. Michelle also advises private fund sponsors on closed-end fund formation and fundraising as well as ongoing governance and regulatory matters.
Michelle maintains an active pro bono practice representing various amici curiae in criminal, constitutional, immigration, and international litigation proceedings.
