Neil Motenko heads CICC, the firm’s client intake and conflicts control department. Neil counsels on conflicts and intake issues, oversees conflicts and intake procedures and staff, and develops and delivers programs on those subjects for lawyers and staff. Neil leads a team of conflicts attorneys and conflicts and intake analysts, and he helps facilitate the consideration of business conflicts. He reports to the senior director of legal services.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Neil was a partner for many years at another Boston firm, focusing on antitrust litigation and counseling and commercial litigation.
