Rachel Y. Meagher

Rachel Y. Meagher is counsel in Ropes & Gray’s private client group in the Boston office. Rachel counsels high-net-worth families and individuals in complex estate planning matters, and brings deep experience to her clients across the full spectrum of tax and estate planning tools and strategies. 

Her work includes non-litigation representation of members of families whose interests diverge, and modifying existing irrevocable trust structures. She also helps founders of venture-backed companies implement plans to manage their wealth.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Rachel served as an associate at a New York-based firm.
