Ryan Murphy

Ryan Murphy joined Ropes and Gray’s asset management practice group in 2022. He works with multiple registered funds and regulatory client teams as well as pro bono clients.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Ryan worked for an insurance defense law firm the summer of and during his 2L year. He performed legal research and drafted legal memoranda in the areas of general tort and insurance defense. During Ryan's 2L year, he also worked in the Consumer Law Clinic where he conducted legal research and wrote legal motions and legal briefs on issues related to summary judgment and consumer protection law.
