Silvia Mo is temporarily on a full-time client Secondment.
Silvia’s practice primarily involves assisting life science and high technology companies with general commercial intellectual property (“IP”) issues and regulatory matters. She advises on contentious and non-contentious IP matters, and is experienced with branding and anti-counterfeiting issues in China.
Silvia focuses on assisting clients navigate the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA, formerly the CFDA)) regulatory, technology import and export, practical and legal aspects of commercial IP, branding, and technology licensing arrangements and issues. She has advised companies in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, health food, food and beverage, food additive, cosmetic, electronics and telecommunications, social media networking, software, jewelry, alcohol, and luxury fashion brands. Silvia passed the PRC Bar Exam and has PRC patent agent qualifications.
