Timothy J. Machat

Tim is an associate in the firm’s corporate department. Tim focuses his practice on representing public companies, investment banks and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in connection with capital markets transactions and compliance with securities laws and stock exchange rules and regulations, as well as mergers & acquisitions, other strategic transactions and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Tim worked as a corporate associate at another leading law firm in New York.
