Victoria McGrath is a partner in the private equity transactions group of Ropes & Gray’s London office.

Victoria has more than a decade of experience advising leading UK and international private equity sponsors, corporate clients and management teams on a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, minority investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate law matters.

In 2019 Victoria spent 10 months on secondment to Advent International, where she acted as European legal counsel advising on investments and disposals across Europe. In 2020, Victoria was featured by Legal Week as a “Rising Star” of the private equity legal industry.
