Alondra Nin Rivera is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s private capital transactions group, which includes private equity transactions, debt financing, and strategic transactions. Alondra has experience assisting with de-SPACs, debt financing for funds, add-on acquisitions, and M&A transactions. 

Alondra maintains a robust pro bono practice representing indigent clients in criminal justice related matters and aiding pro bono teams with translating for Spanish-speaking clients. 

During law school, Alondra spent a semester working at the George Washington Law School Prisoner & Reentry Clinic. During her tenure on the clinic, Alondra represented an elderly indigent client in obtaining compassionate release from federal prison during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alondra interned at Legal Services of Greater Miami where she worked on various tenant’s rights issues, including eviction and habitability violations, under the supervision of an attorney. Alondra also served as the editor-in-chief of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal.
