Marcus Nemeth
Associate
Marcus Nemeth is an associate in Ropes & Gray's corporate department and a member of the firm’s private capital transactions group. Marcus primarily represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and equity investments, and advises clients on general corporate governance matters. Marcus also maintains a robust pro bono practice representing asylum applicants, as well as low-income individuals in family court. During law school, Marcus served as the president of the Law Student Association, the fundraising chair of the Black Law Student Association, and a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review.
