Mark V. Nuccio
Partner
IN MEMORIAM (1956-2019)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mark Nuccio, who was a partner in the asset management practice in Boston and served as leader of the firm’s bank regulatory practice. Mark passed away on July 20.
For more than 30 years, Mark devoted his practice to advancing the business needs of companies and organizations involved in acquisitions, dispositions, public offerings and other financing transactions. His extensive experience encompassed public company disclosure and reporting, bank holding company regulation, the organization and early-stage financing ventures of new entities, and the formation of complex joint ventures.
Mark was a frequent author and commentator on the Volcker Rule and other key bank regulatory developments, and advised a wide range of banking entities and their counterparties around the world with respect to the Volcker Rule’s proprietary trading, fund sponsorship and investment limitations on their activities.
