Nina N. Ngo
Nina Ngo is an associate in the employment, executive compensation and employee benefits practice. Her practice focuses on the labor and employment aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, including identifying and mitigating risks relating to union organizing, works council consultation, worker classification, wage and hour compliance, employee relations, and employment-related claims. Her clients are primarily private equity sponsors and public and private companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia. She also advises and counsels clients on executive compensation, recruiting, layoffs, employee discipline and discharge, restrictive covenants, reasonable accommodation, and leaves of absence.
Before joining the firm, she served in Kolkata, India as a legal fellow with International Justice Mission, a global organization that combats slavery and human trafficking.
