Kaitlin O’Donnell is a law clerk in the litigation & enforcement practice group.

 During law school, Kaitlin interned at the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. Kaitlin was involved in the U.C. Irvine School of Law Civil Rights Litigation Clinic and assisted with the briefing for a Supreme Court case about domestic corporate liability under the Alien Torts Statute (Nestle USA, Inc. v. Doe). Kaitlin also worked on a pro bono case with Innocence Rights of Orange County that resulted in the court overturning the wrongful convictions of two men who were sentenced to life in prison. Kaitlin was also a lead article editor for the U.C. Irvine Law Review, captain of the Jessup Moot Court team, president of the International Law Society, a research assistant for Professor Joseph DiMento, and a research fellow for Lawyering Skills.

Prior to law school, Kaitlin worked as a paralegal at the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
