Ali O’Keeffe joined Ropes & Gray in 2021 as an associate in the firm's finance group. Prior to joining the firm, Ali was an associate in the New York office of another large international law firm, where she primarily represented borrowers in a broad variety of commercial transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, leveraged acquisition financings, fund financings and structured financings.
Ali graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was a graduate of the John W. Glynn, Jr. Law & Business Program. While in law school, Ali was an articles editor of the University of Virginia Law and Business Review. Prior to attending law school, Ali was a member of Teach for America.
