Marcy Nicks (Nicky) Ordway

Nicky Ordway is a funds attorney in the asset management group. She focuses on analyzing and negotiating private equity and other private investment opportunities for institutional investing clients, including in connection with their investments in buyout funds, venture funds, hedge funds, and energy funds. Nicky was previously an associate in the private funds group at another international law firm, where she primarily represented fund sponsors in connection with the formation, offering, and operation of private investment funds. She joined Ropes & Gray in 2022.
