Margaret O’Sullivan is a funds attorney practicing in the private investment funds group. She joined Ropes & Gray in 2001 as a corporate associate focusing on private equity and other corporate transactions. Margaret rejoined the firm in 2017. During her hiatus, Margaret worked as corporate counsel to a publicly-held global asset management company. She now focuses primarily on analyzing and negotiating private investment opportunities for institutional clients, including endowments, private foundations, pension plans, and sovereign wealth funds.
