Kelly Petrillo joined Ropes & Gray in 2021 as an associate in the merger & acquisitions and capital markets groups. Her practice focuses on transactional matters, representing clients in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets transactions and other strategic transactions. She also advises clients on securities law reporting and compliance obligations and corporate governance matters. During law school, Kelly served as a notes editor for the Columbia Law Review and worked with asylum seekers through Columbia Law School's Immigrants' Rights Clinic.
