Zahra Parmar is a law clerk in Ropes & Gray's private equity transactions group. Zahra assists domestic and international buyers and sellers with domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private investments across a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Zahra was an associate in the corporate department of another leading global law firm, focusing on international mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
