Conner J. Purcell joined Ropes and Gray’s litigation and enforcement practice group in Fall 2022. Since joining, Conner’s practice has included enforcement investigations and preparation for securities litigation. Conner also regularly participates in the firm’s pro bono efforts.
While at Touro Law Center, Conner was the recipient of over 15 CALI Awards for Academic Excellence. Conner also received the Special Service to the Public and Community Award, Exemplary Contributions to the Quality of Student Life Award and Exemplary Dedication and Service to the Law Center for Exceptional Contributions to the Touro Law Review Award. Conner served as a research editor for the Touro Law Review, where his note was published in June 2022. Additionally, Conner served on the executive board of the Student Bar Association, The Touro Tax Law Society, and the International Law Students Association.
During his 2L summer, Conner was selected for the Board of Governors Summer Associate Program and worked at a large Long Island law firm specializing in real estate transactions and related areas of law.
During law school, Conner worked full time as a case manager for a non-profit organization, where he assisted persons struggling with mental health and substance use issues who were mandated to treatment by the court system.
