Elaine Park joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2021.
During law school, Elaine served as a comments editor for the UCLA Law Review. Elaine additionally served in board positions for the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology and the Law and Entrepreneurship Association. She also placed first as a co-founder in a pitch competition at the law school, winning $60,000 for the startup. Additionally, she worked as a judicial extern for the Hon. Judge Dolly M. Gee at the United States District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles.
Prior to law school, Elaine worked for another large law firm as a debt finance paralegal in New York, and for a socially responsible fintech startup as a paralegal in San Francisco.
