Joann Park joined Ropes & Gray in 2020 as an associate in the firm’s finance group. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Joann was an associate in the capital markets group at another leading law firm in New York, where she represented various public companies, investment banks, and private equity firms in a wide array of public and private transactions.
