Meighan C. Parker
Meighan Parker is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s life sciences & regulatory compliance group. Meighan’s practice focuses on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues encountered by public and private companies in the life sciences and health care industries, including pharmaceutical and medical device companies regulated under the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and related laws. Meighan provides regulatory counsel on issues involving promotional compliance materials and regulatory risk management. Meighan has also advised companies in the life sciences and biotechnology industries in corporate transactions, license and collaboration agreements, and public securities offerings.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Meighan was an extern in the Special Litigation Section of the Civil Rights Division at the Department of Justice. In addition, Meighan served as the Captain of the 2018 Health Law Transactional Moot Court Team. Prior to law school, Meighan earned a Masters of Theological Studies, focusing on Religion, Ethics and Politics, from Harvard Divinity School and completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at Spelman College.
